Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns on honey or flowers. Our honey is a natural, food-grade product, and for safety and quality assurance, it cannot be returned or resold once it leaves our care.

If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at beesandbloomstx@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
